Mother of the Fiat

Hi , this is a podcast about mothers-and women with cancer or chronic illness. Living with chronic long term suffering of any kind forever changes the way you approach life on a daily basis. I have felt the pain, loss, isolation, fear and all that other baggage that weighs us down. As a mother of 7 children whom I home school I have been challenged to the core of my being. I feel as though I have lost the very essence of motherhood. This has been the hardest trial to endure. I was diagnosed with a very rare form of stomach cancer 5 yrs ago that nearly cost me my life. Life has forever changed for me and my family and it is time to accept who I am now. I am a child of God who breathes His life breath into this tired body daily and I will forever Glorify His name. I want to reach out to all women who live with pain and fear. I want to share my walk with Jesus during this time and how cancer has increased my faith and love. I am Catholic to the Core. So let's share our journeys together and support each other. Sometimes knowing you are not alone makes all the difference. Lets Talk and embrace our God given dignity as women and mothers.
